My own phrase just backfired against me. My friend is dragging me along to her village. She said "what are friends for if not for inconveniences". I said "Abeg e, don't use that one for me", am selfish right?lol
My friend strong reach me o, she said if I don't follow her, she go judge(gossip) my life bend round the whole Warri. So I have no choice but to go because am a friend.
You won't believe why am being dragged across the borders of Warri City.
It's not her marriage o, its her grand-mother's burial. To my friend all na ceremony.
I can't remember the last time I did Village Tinz, I guess its about 3years ago when my 76year old grandfather got married.
Yes o, he went to pay bride price for his 4th wife who was equally old and her first child was in his late 30s.
As in, they printed card for the marriage so o. We laugh my mumsy tire for house say her papa dey marry. You see my mum happens to be the 1st child out of 36 children so she had no choice but to share her father's marriage card and attend.
I remember my brother's friend picking up the card and asking who was getting married. My brother said my grandfather, the guy replied "please be serious abi grandfather na the person nickname". We said no its actually our granddad, and the guy couldn't stop laughing.
INFO OF THE DAY: World's Smallest Village
The world's smallest village is "Walpolamulla", located in the Central Province (Matale)of Sri Lanka, Asia.
This village consists with only 4 houses & 6 people, the youngest person in the village is Kapila Hami who is 76years old.
