I meant it when I said ‘All out’. I korlorbi-ed (took) my cousin’s Nigeria jersey on top the matter o. I was prepared and ready to support the Eagles.
At 7:00pm, my family know say the matter don pass be careful when dey saw me balance in front of the TV with Nigeria jersey.
My mumsy said “hmmmm….your own strong o! Nor be small. You really take this match serious o!”
Me, WAG, I said “history isn't just going to go down today, I’m also going to have fun”. So my younger sister started taking me pictures at different stages of the match and it was indeed fun.
At the beginning, I prayed for the Super Eagles
I opened my eyes while praying to make sure the match hasn't started *winks*
After that, I sang the national anthem with the Super Eagles
The match started, I smiled having hopes
My smile was turned into a shout of joy as the winning goal was scored by Sunday Mba.
After that, I continued smiling, my mumsy was smiling as well. We had the upper hand, we were leading the game.
Then few minutes to the end of the game, anxiety set in. I couldn’t move. My eyes were fixed on the screen. I was scared of an equalizing goal from the Burkinabes. I just wanted to hear the final whistle to know it was over.
And we won.
After 19years...On a Sunday, the No.19 player whose name is Sunday gave us a win
Yeah! Its TeamNigeria baby!
INFO OF THE DAY: Keshi Made History
Super Eagle coach, Stephen Keshi made history as he became the 2nd African who has lifted the AFCON trophy both as a player and a coach.
Keshi won the AFCON cup as a player in 1994 when he captained of the Super Eagles.
Impressive! The only other African to have done this is the national coach of Egypt, El-Gohary.
Speaking of captains, I got some complains from readers about Joseph Yobo. They said he held on to the AFCON cup too strongly and refused to let it go. Abeg make una nor vex for am. Even as he played 2mins game, na still our captain so he wan try enjoy his moment while it lasts because the end time for him as a Super Eagle player is near.
It's almost time for him to step back and leave the field for them Emenike and Victor Moses to work their magic.
Stay Sharp,
Warri Girl.

The post isn't just about the Super Eagles. Its about my support for them, that's why the title 'all out support'
well,if i was french and didnt know how to use a translator,i'd hv thought u were preparing to turn into the incredible hulk, lol
Hmmmm....
kidding . .
No wonder Nigeria won, it could not have been otherwise, when a cute cheek like WAG is fully supporting the team. On a more serious note, only if Nigerians can be this patroitic, then the 'Nigerian dream' if there is anything like that, will be a reality.
They just had to win with all my support ;)
